Meet Coach Andrea

My approach to fitness is holistic and empowering, designed to help women heal their metabolisms, build muscle, and transform their lives. With my experience as a trained dancer, I bring a unique perspective that incorporates movement, creativity, and body awareness into every client’s fitness journey.

Originally from Louisiana, I have a deep love for all things gumbo and etouffee. My favorite go-to breakfast is boiled eggs and oats, and I love snacking on apples and grapefruit throughout the day to keep me energized.

I may be petite, but the body fat was real. I found myself out of breath walking up the stairs of my home, which was a wake-up call for me. As a wife, mom, and former school leader who guided my school community through the challenges of the pandemic, I know what it’s like to carry the weight of stress while trying to care for everyone else. I’ve faced my own struggles with stress weight and exhaustion, which inspired me to take a holistic approach to healing and wellness.

With years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Transformation Specialist—and a background in Psychology and a Master’s in Education—I combine mental, physical, and emotional wellness in my coaching. My mission is to help women overcome their own challenges with compassion, science-based solutions, and the tools they need to transform their bodies and lives.
